The difference between woven patch and embroidery patch:

The difference between woven patch and computer embroidery patch is that the production method is different. Woven patch is similar to weaving cloth, the pattern woven out is relatively flat, which is suitable for small size patterns and letters, the smallest letter can be woven to 2 mm, but it can only be made into the form of badges. Although embroidery looks less flat, some customs like 3D effect, That’s the reaosn why the smallest embroidery letter in about 5 mm. The easiest way to distinguish between woven patch and embroidered badge is to see whether the pattern is flat or raised. Raised logo pattern is embroidered badge, the entire flat surface of the patch is woven patch.

Q : What type of artwork files should i submit?

A : We can accept many file types but the most important is you provide the highest quality artworkfiles available. Vector files such as .ai,.eps or svg are preferred. Please ensure all fonts areconverted to curves before saving. If vector artwork is not available then a very high quality bit map file such as jpg, png or TIF is usually acceptable. lf any artwork adjustments are needed our talentedgraphic artists can assist at no additional charge.

Q: What is your normal turnaround time?

A : Normally,our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high order quantity and/or a uniqueproduct may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rushservice is available upon request.
