The difference between woven patch and computer embroidery patch is that the production method is different. Woven patch is similar to weaving cloth, the pattern woven out is relatively flat, which is suitable for small size patterns and letters, the smallest letter can be woven to 2 mm, but it can only be made into the form of badges. Although embroidery looks less flat, some customs like 3D effect, That’s the reaosn why the smallest embroidery letter in about 5 mm. The easiest way to distinguish between woven patch and embroidered badge is to see whether the pattern is flat or raised.
