Our company was established in 2008, and we specialize in producing embroidery patches and clothing labels. We're located in Shenzhen, China. Our factory occupies 3,000 square meters, with more than 200 experienced workers, 21 technicians, 32 label production lines and 25 embroidery machines. The output is more than 500,000 patches and 2,000,000 clothing labels per week.
Embroidery patch means that the logo on the picture is processed by the software in the computer and then imported into the embroidery machine to embroider the pattern on the fabric, then makes some series of cuts and modifications to the embroidered fabric, etc., and finally make a piece of fabric with embroidered logo. Embroidery patch is suitable for all kinds of casual wear, hats, bedding and shoes, etc. Processing line: the sample/drawing-scanning--drawing--punching (save)—electric embroidery--gluing (soft, hard, self-adhesive)--trimming--burning/binding--quality inspection- -packaging.
